Mat is a cross between a sleazy and a reckless drunk- he'll do anything (and anyone) as long as it won't get him arrested- even drunk, he can tell where the line is and try not to cross it. He can be a bit of a whore at times, though he honestly doesn't mean to be, it's just in his nature.
OVERALL HISTORY;; He was born a few towns over, and moved here so that he could live closer to the Guitar Center where he works. Mateo had a fairly normal childhood, he always had enough friends to hang out with on the weekends and his fair share of girlfriends. He started getting into parties when he was seventeen and has been at it ever since, though he doesn't get obsessed with it and he's not an alcoholic, though he does prefer being drunk and/or high as to be sober.
