As the youngest of the Sinclair children, Penelope Rose, born August 18, 1998, has always been the baby of the family, and therefore doted on and spoiled. She got what she wanted when she wanted it, and has always been a very confident, demanding child. She has always been surrounded by friends, and even in elementary school was pretty much the queen bee. She's always been very popular, in elementary school, middle school, and now high school, and can easily twist people around her little finger. Ever since sixth grade, she's had boyfriend after boyfriend, most relationships with the most popular boys in school, and most not lasting more than two months before she spotted someone new and dumped her old boyfriend for a new boy. However, though she's gone pretty far, she's never actually slept with anyone, so she's not a slut, just very flirtatious. This past summer, her parents both died in a car crash, which has been very hard on Poppy, though she refuses to show just how upset it has made her. If anything, it's made her become much more rebellious, going out to parties that she normally wouldn't be allowed to go to and sneaking out, things like that. Her sister Laurel is now taking care of herself and her older brother August.
